We strive to display each artwork as accurately as possible through photography and descriptive copy provided by artists or publishers. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours and details shown on your screen are 100% accurate representations of the actual product.
Base. follows a policy of continuous product development. We therefore reserve the right to amend product specifications, prices, packaging, and associated services at any time without prior notice.
3. Purchasing Products
• Placing an order constitutes a commitment to purchase an artwork. Your order is accepted by us only when we send you an order confirmation email.
• Any products included in the same order but not confirmed in that email do not form part of the contract.
• Before ordering, please ensure you can receive the products at the delivery address provided. Accurate address details, postcode, mobile number, and email address are essential for successful delivery. You may update your account information at any time.
• We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect address or phone details.
Delays:
If your order is delayed due to manufacturing, quality control, or other issues, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate by email. If the delay causes you to no longer wish to proceed, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Limitation of Liability:
Base. shall not be held liable for any special, indirect, or consequential losses, or for wasted expenditure arising from specific customer circumstances.
4. Prices and Payment
• All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£GBP) and include applicable UK VAT.
• The total price, including any delivery charges, will be displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
• For international deliveries, prices and delivery charges shown do not include local taxes, import duties, or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We take reasonable steps to ensure all pricing and product information is correct at the time of entry. However, if an error occurs (e.g., incorrect price or description), we reserve the right to cancel your order even after confirmation. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
• Payment must be made in full before dispatch. Your card will be charged when you click the "CHECK OUT" button.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally entitled to use the selected payment method and, for card payments, that you are the cardholder or have their express permission.

6. Consumer Rights – Cancellation and Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel a contract within 14 days, beginning on the day you receive the goods. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
