Archie is an emerging British artist who completed his studies at the prestigious Camberwell College of Arts, London. He currently lives and works in London and has recently exhibited at the Southwalk Park galleries.

This piece is painted in oil on canvas and depicts juxtaposed body parts which are seemingly held together by the chaise lounge. Archie uses life drawing and photographs to create collages of new forms, from here he creates the composition for his paintings. His paintings tackle the subject of the individual and psychological wholeness. His paintings have a dynamic expressive style with deeply sophisticated painting techniques and colour palette.
